Troy Stewart is a 33+ year Federal Government employee in the Information Technology field. He currently serves as the Information Management Officer for the Office of Chemical Support and Pollution Prevention with the Environmental Protection Agency. Troy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Health and Sports Science from the University of Richmond. He hopes to bring to the Board his skillset of program management, conflict resolution, problem solving, fundraising and strategic planning.

Troy is a 2018 initiate of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. and is currently serving as the Chapter Reporter and a committee chair of the Hyattsville/Landover (MD) Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. He currently resides in Prince George’s County with his wife, Demetra and their two sons, Dylan and Tyler.
